Project Coordinator

Semper Solaris, the fastest growing leader in the Residential Solar Installation industry, is looking for an organized and motivated Customer Care Project Coordinator.  With locations in San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, Bakersfield, and the Bay Area, Semper Solaris designs and installs solar power systems for homes and businesses. The ideal candidate  will be a team player who is also comfortable taking charge of operational flow and advocating for Semper Solaris. They will be polished, professional and have strong organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing responsibilities and work assignments. Most importantly the ideal candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality and a high level of business ethics.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

  • Communicating via email, text and phone with home owners/sales reps/branch managers to drive project completion in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate and in order to process solar upgrades and financing.
  • Must provide all customers, internal and external, with 5-Star service and help generate referrals.
  • Be proactive, friendly, and driven with strong advocacy and conflict management skills.
  • Execute daily communications to ensure project is meeting SLAs and timelines.
  • Must be comfortable and display confidence while talking to customers and assisting them throughout their  project.
  • Assist the customer from the day after the sale until the end of the project.
  • Facilitate smooth hand off to the Project Manager during installation. 
  • Other duties and tasks as needed.



  • Must have experience in the Solar industry.
  • Microsoft Excel: Able to organize, format and calculate data with formulas.
  • Microsoft Outlook: Able to compose, send, and organize email.
  • Microsoft Word: Able to create, edit and design various types of documents using different styles, layout and media.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and execute both inbound and outbound calls with efficiency.
  • Ability to learn and apply new software & programs.
  • Call Center experience is a plus
  • Salesforce experience a plus 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
  • Available to start ASAP. 

 Base Annual Salary:$35,000 plus bonuses
