Service Administrative Assistant

Semper Solaris, the fastest growing leader in the Residential Solar Installation industry, is looking for an organized and motivated Service Administrative Assistant.

SUMMARY 
Under the general direction of the Service and O&M Manager, the Service Administrative Assistant  performs a wide variety of Service Department duties. The ideal candidate will be a high energy, self starting, team Player. Most importantly the ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high level of business ethics.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

  • Over the phone troubleshooting with customers, script provided.
  • Scheduling and communication of scheduling to customers and technicians.
  • Other duties and tasks as needed. 


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Microsoft office proficient
  • Comfortable giving excellent customer service over the phone
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM) software experience preferred
  • Able to adapt to grow into additional, and more difficult job duties as the company continues to expand.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Some college preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
