Customer Care Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be a team player who is also comfortable taking charge of operational flow and advocating for Semper Solaris. They will be polished, professional and have strong organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing responsibilities and work assignments. Most importantly the ideal candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality and a high level of business ethics.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provides project updates to Project Managers and customers via email, text, and phone calls while providing 5-Star service in order to help generate referrals.
  • Executes daily communications to ensure project is meeting SLAs and timelines.
  • Assists the customer from the day after the sale until the end of the project.
  • Facilitates smooth hand off to the Project Manager during installation. 
  • Other duties and tasks as needed.

 

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be conversationally articulate and highly computer literate
  • Must be comfortable and display confidence while talking to customers and assisting them throughout their  project.
  • Be proactive, friendly, and driven with strong advocacy and conflict management skills. 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office:
    • Microsoft Excel: Able to organize, format and calculate data with formulas.
    • Microsoft Outlook: Able to compose, send, and organize email.
    • Microsoft Word: Able to create, edit and design various types of documents using different styles, layout and media.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and execute both inbound and outbound calls with efficiency.
  • Ability to learn and apply new software & programs.
  • Call Center experience is a plus
  • Salesforce experience a plus 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
  • Available to start by 8/15/17. 

 Base Annual Salary:$35,000 plus bonuses
